The Blackhawk Technical College Foundation hosted the 2nd Annual Scholars & Donors Celebration on Tuesday at the college's Beloit-Janesville Campus. The event celebrated the generosity of many donors and their impact on the lives of Blackhawk's spring and fall 2024 scholarship recipients. It also featured student speakers Rebecca Barnett and Giovanni Aceves, who both are scholarship recipients.
