Meet Tim Rockhold, Blackhawk’s new Co-Ed Clay Target Shooting coach.

The Blackhawk Talons Men’s Basketball Team is thrilled to announce the signing of player, Kolin Vance, a versatile 6'5" guard/forward from Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix.

During an annual all-student picnic event held on Wednesday, May 1, at Blackhawk Technical College’s Central Campus, the college unveiled its new athletics nickname: the Blackhawk Talons.

Blackhawk is now a member of the National Junior College Athletics Association (NJCAA), competing in Region 4 at the Division II level, and will offer men’s golf and clay target shooting this spring, women’s volleyball and bowling in the fall, and men’s and women’s basketball in late 2024.
