The Business Management Specialist program will prepare you to apply the critical skills needed to plan, organize, staff, and lead day-to-day business management functions. This is a broad-based program that offers a general background in business management. As an embedded technical diploma, the courses within this program may be applied to an associate degree – such as the Business Management program. 

After successfully completing this program, students may apply their skills in positions including, but not limited to Team Leader, Customer Service Specialist, Buyer/Purchasing Agent, Entrepreneur, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Sales Representative, Bank Teller, Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Personal Banker.
